Hunter’s Stew

Hunter’s Stew at the 14th Annual Polish Festival will be prepared traditionally, with a variety of meats cooked with sauerkraut and cabbage, served with a side of fresh Polish rye bread.

Hunter's Stew (Bigos), is a Polish dish of finely chopped meat of various kinds stewed with sauerkraut and shredded fresh cabbage. The dish is also traditional for Belorussian and Lithuanian cuisine.
